In Units 1-3 of CP World History & Geography, we have covered topics pertaining to the causes and consequences of war, democracy, political revolutions and the desire of people to create governments that were accountable to their citizens.

In this midterm essay, you will compare and contrast the three major political revolutions discussed so far in this course: the Glorious Revolution in Great Britain, the American Revolution which created the United States of America, and the French Revolution, which unseated the Bourbon monarchy and led to a series of governments led by the Jacobins, the Thermidorians, the Directory, then Napoleon Bonaparte.
