This essay is about defining the characteristics of my boss as a leader. I find her a good manager with good leadership skills. Although, no boss can be a perfect boss but by improving his or her leadership skills, one can become a good boss who will be admired and respected by employees. My boss is really a great combination of a manager and a leader too. She understand other feelings and respects them and simultaneously expects good standard of work from us. In terms of work she is quite hard as she cannot compromise with the quality of work. Like other managers, she has few negatives like she is very persistent and sarcastic which sometimes annoys her employees.
