Describe the cell-mediated response to the intracellular viruses by starting with an infected epithelial cell. Be sure to include the name of the MHC presenting protein. Name the cells of the specific host defense that respone and describe how they eliminate the virus.

You can assume the cell has already been simulated by cytokins from a T-helper cell. You do not need to explain theses T-cell stimulation steps.
