2. The event that you need to conceptualize is one that is to be held ONLINE or at the very least, considering the assembly of a minimal number of people with provisions for the observance of safety protocols in relation to the COVID-19 pandemic.
3. Your simplified Event Concept will have the following contents:
A.) Name of the Proponent
B.) Proposed Event Title and Theme - The proposed title of the event must effectively capture the aim or thrust of the event. The title may be in English or Filipino, with a theme (in parenthesis) that concisely describes the main targets of the said project.
C. Target Participants - this must describe the target participants of the proposed event, and a justification as to why they were selected as the most appropriate participants
D. Purpose of the Event - check all that apply from the given purpose or aim of your event; a space for a purpose not mentioned ("Others") is provided.
E. Objectives - the objectives of the event must be written in operational terms on what the students intend to do to solve identified problems related to the project. Objectives must be SMARTER (based on discussions of Module 3).
F. Guidelines - includes all the specific details relevant to your proposed event. A guideline is a statement by which to determine a course of action. A guideline aims to streamline particular processes according to a set routine or sound practice.
G. Proposed Event Program or Timetable - In tabular form, this part of the event concept specifies the following important information: inclusive time of execution, activities involved for each time segment, and the persons involved for each activity.
H. Detailed Budgetary Requirements - In preparation for the project, the budgetary requirement of all activities must be considered. This part must list down in detail all the forecasted expenses the project may entail.
