My business is a Electrical Contractor and I provide services such as equipment installations to residential housing. My corporate-level strategy is expantion strategy. The reason being is because I started my company small. There is a lot of potential to advance in the electrical industry so my goal is to go from residential housing builds to commecrial and industial builds. Also my focus is to enhance performance. My business strategy is low-cost strategy. We want to deliver the best services to valued costumers for an affortable price. Our goal is to power the state of CT one house at a time. We dont bait and switch, which is done by a lot of electrical companies around. We have policies in place to keep our company thriving for the better and progress as a team. The way that low-cost strategy will make a competitive advantage for my company is by manipulating production costs. Charging lower prices to increase market share. This is done by casting my company as a low-cost alternative, which increases both sales and my company's profile. The way to improve my value chain is by getting costumer feedback, provide a positive experience, and prioritize quality over price like I've said previously.
