1. Describe how you feel you improved your knowledge, skills, abilities, and yourself in this class.

1. Describe how you feel you improved your knowledge, skills, abilities, and yourself in this class.

Being able to see Logistics from a different perspective really made a big difference for me and it also allowed me to see why things aren't the same across the board. One of my biggest improvements was seeing things from a different angle I have always see things one way (Army 10+) this has really enlightened me to be open minded about a lot of the different approaches.

Having a military back ground makes it hard to do something that doesn't really make since in my eye sight, but on the other hand the new technology has made things a lot better in the logistics world. But overall I have gain a lot of knowledge that I have already begun to use in my shop and is making the change was rather simple thanks to this class.

2. Evaluate the work you did during this class and explain ways you could have performed better.

I believe that I did a very good job getting my work done and turned in on time weekly, some of the research was a little demanded but why wouldn't it be. I feel that I could have spent a little more time on some of my work than I did, if I would have simply stuck to my plan I feel that I would have done a lot better overall.

3. Assess the course objectives you still do not understand and suggest how to improve the course to meet those objectives.

The course objectives were covered without question and I am not sure that I would change anything. Being that I have not only a military back ground but I worked in the supply field as well. Class was right on point.

4. List ways you might measure the future effects of what you have learned in this course or your future progress/improvement.

I could set goals to insure that I am staying motivated and focuses in order to continue to make forward progress, which will in turn allow me to reach just about any goal I set for my future progress. Setting clear and defined goals that are achievable based on your knowledge allows you to continue to gain self-confidence that will also help you to take on the chapter in life.

I think during this course I was able to expand my knowledge about all areas of logistics overall and some assignments forced me to evaluate new innovative logistics such as the introduction of drones and autonomous driving in future.

At this time I feel like I have a good understanding of all objectives, so therefore I don't recommend any improvements.
