Your mission statement should describe core values of the human resource (HR) function that will drive future policies and types of procedures for your company. The mission statement should include a description showing how the HR function will support functions and operate strategically, internally and outside the body of the firm. Furthermore, compare the mission assertions provided, and write a brief comparison/contrast. What strategies are excellent? Which are not-so-good?
