Please watch this segment of a video on the life of a Big Man (1 minute; 25 seconds; closed captioning is available) in Papua New Guinea. Big Men are one of the most important forms of tribal leadership in New Guinea. They manage to achieve a level of political authority and power while maintaining a degree of economic egalitarianism in the community.

For this assignment, I want to think about how Big Men are able to do this based on what you learned in the video segment and from chapter 7 of HUMANS UNMASKED. You should be prepared to write approximately one paragraph (i.e., 4 or more sentences).
