Based on everything you've studied in the course up to this point, identify a minimum of five categories of criteria for quality in the management of air cargo.

In each of these categories, describe attributes of excellence. It is recommended to bullet the attributes.

Next, profile two cargo airlines that you believe model excellent quality in today's air cargo industry. Provide evidence and justification for your picks, focusing on quality criteria. Nobody's perfect. Include a minimum of one area of weakness for each.Tip: You may wish to design and use an evaluation rubric to rate each of cargo airlines in criteria categories in preparation for writing your response.
