Question

TVBCA has just unavailable and old historic building in downtown Pittsburgh in which 15 employees will work. Since of historic building codes, TVBCA is not permitted to run cables inside walls or ceilings.

Necessary results- Employees have to be able to share files and printers as in a typical LAN environment without use of cables.

Optional desired results- Employees have to be able to use their laptops and move freely throughout the office as maintain a network connection. Because of size of some computer-aided design (CAD) files employees use frequently, data transfer speeds have to be more than 20Mbps.

Proposed Solution: Install an 802.11a wireless access point and configure each computer and laptop with a wireless network card. Which results do the proposed solutions deliver? Describe your answer.
