Depending on available resources and preferences, predictably, an organization's security apparatus, proprietary or contractual, would be involved in the effort to protect employees and visitors from a variety of different WPV threats.

1. As a member of the organization's multidisciplinary team, explain how security personnel, based on their training and expertise, might specifically contribute to the development and implementation of a workplace violence policy for a sizable Fortune 1000 company. Be sure to incorporate into your response the different ways security operatives become involved with incident management.
