Question

You are your employer's HSE Advisor to an incident involving derailment of several rail cars transporting propane. Some cars are also transporting chlorine gas and a few other are transporting diesel fuel. The derailment occurred on the outskirts of the township near a stream that feeds into the Kalamazoo River. There is also a small fire on one of the rail cars that is impinging on one of the propane cars. Please develop an emergency response plan that describes how you will protect, life, the environment and the reputation of your employer.
