B-Run a simple regression of the dependent variable demand on the independent variable type and observe the coefficient on type.

C-Run a multiple regression of the dependent variable demand on the independent variables price and type and observe the coefficient on type.

D-Run a multiple regression of the dependent variable demand on the independent variables price and type and observe the coefficient on price.
