Client Scenario - Project Delivery

One of your clients, mentions they have to build a refrigerated & non-refrigerated warehouse for which they have about $25 million dollars. They needed it very quickly since they were getting ready to freeze produce and meals to reduce the supply chain impact on their business. Not getting the project completed on time will affect the quality of services their clients receive. They have limited staff with experience, but not enough to be fully dedicated to the project. She is unsure which project delivery method and compensation approach they should utilize and has asked for your recommendation.
