Engrid, a Mexican citizen, has law degree from Trinidad and Tobago. She is told that her degree credentials must be evaluated. Engrid is outraged, stating that as a Mexican Citizen seeking entry into the U.S. under the TN Visa, her degree credentials do not have to be evaluated. Explain why Engrid is correct or incorrect based on what you have learned about the TN Visa thus far.
