1. A local farm grows beets and celery, and would like to know their customers' overall satisfaction with the produce. The farm sells the produce through large chain grocery stores (like Fred Meyer or Safeway), through smaller fancier health food stores (like New Seasons and Whole Foods), and directly at farmers' markets.

Your job is to describe how they might find out their customers' overall satisfaction level. Write a few sentences going through the process.

The grading is based on:
