Chad Child, is a 17 years old and a minor; however, Chad looks much older and is often mistaken at least 25 or 30 years of age. Chad goes to a used car lot and enters into an agreement to purchase his dream car from Sam Seller. Chad finances the car at $200 per month for next 3 years. Once Chad drives home with the new car, Chad's mother, Mary is outraged and demands Chad return the car to Sam. However, Dan, Chad's Dad, likes the car and wants it for himself.

Can Sam enforce the contract between he and Chad? Why or Why not?

Is Chad obligated to the $200 monthly obligation?

If Chad escapes his $200 obligation may he keep the car and give it to Dan?
