It wants to create opportunities to upskill their employees in the area of leadership capabilities/competencies at all levels of the organization. Improved individual performance aligned with organizational goals should result in increased organizational performance. They have asked employees to form teams to propose possible interventions. The interventions must be peer-led and will form part of the work responsibilities of the intervention teams whose proposals have been selected. Winning proposals will begiven a $1000 implementation budget.
