Mr John works in a five-star reputable hotel in Penang Island, position as a Sales and Marketing Supervisor in "Hard Rock" hotel. Mr   John do have monthly and quarterly session sales target and need to be  achieved and hit the sales target with his very own Sales Team, he intended to plan, train and as well sharpening and improve the selling skills to his sales team member

Task 2:

1. Please define the correct and efficient techniques on how to used and recognize the selling situations and its potential opportunities.

2. Describe the points out on how to adopt and used different strategy in sales, communication techniques as well on negotiation skills when approaching sales in hospitality services.

3. Explain on how to select the sales technique and how to develop the staff knowledge and skills for his type of situation

4. Analyse on points how the strategies and technique that need to implement in order to upgrade or improve the sales skills and performance.
