The #MeToo movement has significantly shifted society's understanding of power, consent, and gender roles by validating survivors' voices and reducing stigma around reporting abuse. It has prompted corporations and governments to revise harassment policies and accountability measures while exposing how intersecting identities-such as race, class, and sexuality-influence experiences of workplace misconduct.
