If 100 mL of 0.005 M sulfathiazole is mixed with 60 mL of 0.003 M of sodium hydroxide, what is the pH of the mixture without considering the ionic strength effect? Sulfathiazole reacts in part with NaOH to give sodium sulfathiazole. The pKa of sulfathiazole is 7.12.
