Using your textbook, LIRN-based research, and the Internet, develop an infographic and supporting written document in response to the prompt below. An information graphic (infographic) is a visual representation of a data set or instructive material. Infographics take a large amount of information in text (or numerical form) and then condense it into a combination of images and text highlights. This modern "data transformation" technique allows viewers to quickly grasp essential insights about a specific subject.

The focus of the infographic will be in response to the following scenario:

The company you work for would like to present the sources involved in an evidence-based decision-making model. You have been assigned by your supervisor to design an infographic which your company can display to the CEO and Board of Directors. Be sure to consider the following:

Question 1. Create an infographic to show the steps involved in the decision-making process which can be presented to the CEO and Executive Team. Refer to Figure 5.1 Evidence
Tree Typology in Chapter 5 and the Evidence-Based Management Practice section of Chapter 4 to assist you with this assignment.

Question 2. As an addendum to your infographic, prepare a 1-page, APA formatted paper to support the infographic on the following points:
a. How will evidence-based thinking affect your CEO and Board of Directors' decision-making process in their quest for organizational success?
b. What are common issues your CEO and Board of Director might encounter with data usage in management and decision-making?

Question 3. Using the Library Information Resource Network (LIRN), JSTOR, or any valid business industry article website, research and cite three (3) articles that can be used to support your PA 1 assignment.
