Based on the best practices you have studied in this course, what do you think are the three best practices for decisionmaking? First, give a summary of these three best practices, and explain why you believe them to be the most important. Second, apply one of the best practices you have chosen to the following scenario in which a business manager has to make a decision.
Michael is the quality assurance manager of an ice cream plant in the United States. The parent company has decided to open several plants in Russia. A team of food scientists from the new plants being built in Russia have come to your plant to learn how you run the lab in the plant and assure quality production of the ice cream.
