In our prison death penalty will be allowed but before death penalty occur our prison will contact the FBI to investigate the offender case and make sure the person is guilty  (make sure is not self-defense or another scenario) and evaluate every detail of the case. We are going to use lethal injection and only used the death penalty for murders crimes (5+ individual).

In our prison we are going to have Correctional officers (prison captain and guards) to provide safety among prisoners and staff. Our prison will have six prison captain and each individual will be in charged for one thing specific. For instance, programs, work labor, food and equipments, technology, training the staff, and keep track of the visitors and visiting area. Their will be five guards on the six prison captain groups who will provide the help. In the same time, 20 other guards male and female will be in charged of the prisoners (as mentioned before females will be in charged of female area and male will be charged of the male area). Having workers will be provide safety and security.
