Question

On Monday, Baljit agreed to purchase a large frame tent which Sewit Ltd, a tent manufacturer, had on display. As part of the deal the sales representative agreed with Baljit to have the tent fully dismantled and packed into its carry bag and to replace two of the poles which were damaged, all prior to delivery to Baljit. Payment was to be made on delivery. The tent was duly packed away and the poles replaced the next day. However, prior to delivery, a small fire at Sewit Ltd's premises resulted in some damage to the tent.
