The first member of the group leaves the project after 1 month, before the team has submitted anything to the Institutional Review Board (IRB), and never had any involvement thereafter. The second member prepared and submitted the IRB application, created the Informed Consent and surveys, recruited participants, collected data, and used SPSS software to analyze the data. He also wrote the initial draft of the article for publication. The third member, who is always extremely busy, read the first draft and essentially approved it with minimal changes.
