Your organization voted to unionize two years ago and is currently working under a collective bargaining agreement. It is time to renegotiate the contract and there are some things, as the HR manager, you feel need to change in the union contract to protect the rights of your organization. Some negotiation points you would like to see include: 1. In the contract now, employees are required to be provided with a cell phone for safety reasons.
