Find two news articles about a case involving an issue pertaining to contracts or torts in the business context and then write a review of the information. For example, the case could be about two companies disputing over a contractual issue or a case involving a negligence claim that is currently in trial. The articles should cover the same or a related issue. It is acceptable if you find two different articles on the same dispute.

The paper should include the following information:

- Summary of the articles in your own words which includes the facts giving rise to the dispute, the legal concepts at issue, and the outcome or status of the case.

- identify any key terms noted in the article that we have covered. Very basically, discuss how the subject matter in the articles may relate to concepts explored in class.

This article can be found in a newspaper such as the Los Angeles Times, The Wall Street Journal, The Washington Post, other credible news source, or a legal periodical that has been published within the last two years. I am including the SMC library home link for your immediate reference.
