A twenty-five-year-old, single American manager has just accepted a transfer to a job in China. She is excited about going to China, as she has never been there before. After all, she loves Chinese food! You have been asked to prepare her for the cultural aspects of this new job assignment. FIRST, research China in terms of culture and business practices. Consider the adjustment that this young manager will have to make and assume that she will be supervising local employees and doing business with Chinese companies. THEN, create a training plan for this employee. What training should she receive before she leaves, and what should she learn after her arrival in China?
