Follow the requires finish 3000 words, the 3 readings have to use law. Writing Content and Style - You should refer to the Aims and Outcomes of the course in your course materials. The examiners are looking for a clear reasoned analysis with, where appropriate, some imagination. There is no point simply repeating material from textbooks, or collaborating with colleagues to produce a joint answer. You will be marked on your own work and evidence of collaboration or plagiarism will normally result in penalties.

Your answer should be typed and should follow the Law School Guide on Referencing. Note in particular that work should be printed in Times New Roman 12 point, doublespaced, with 2.5cm (1 inch) margins, and paginated. You are strongly advised to keep a back-up at all times, as extensions cannot be given for computer/printing problems. A header must be inserted to show your Student ID number in the top right hand corner of every page. Assessment will not be accepted without this.

Date of Submission - The hand in date is 19. Any work handed in after 4.00pm on this date will be subject to standard penalties (see below), unless an extension has already been granted, in writing by the Senior Tutor, in advance of the deadline.

Method of Submission - Your assignment must be attached to a completed Submission Form, available from the Faculty Student Of?ce, Student Seminar Room or Faculty Intranet site. Please ensure that your name does not appear on any part of the answer (other than in the fold-down corner on the submission form). Hand in the assessment to the Faculty Student Of?ce and ensure you are given a receipt in exchange. You should always retain an additional paper copy and an electronic copy of your assignment.
