There are two questions in this assignment, and they all relate to the following organisations Amazon (US), Jumia (Nigeria) and Tik Tok (China). You are required to select one of these organisations for case study. You are required to research around your company and apply the following module analytical tools in answering one of the two questions. Do support your arguments with clear evidence.

You are required to research around your company, and apply the following analytical tools (Megatrends, Business model, SWOT, SAFe) in identifying its threats, opportunities, strengths, and weaknesses. Do provide recommendations for the company's strategic direction during the next 5 years, justifying your answer with clear evidence (See the attached coursework brief for specific questions).

Question 1. Using relevant module frameworks undertake a global strategic analysis of the organisation you have selected from the three choices you have been offered. From your analysis identify your selected organisation's key opportunities and challenges in the short and long term and recommend how it can leverage current resources or develop new capabilities to enhance its competitive advantage both in the short and long term. Provide clear evidence to support your arguments.

Question 2. Citing specific examples critically discuss how the organisation you have selected (from the three organisations above) has overcome barriers to entry and succeeded in curving a niche in an industry characterized by strong established incumbents. From your discussion; what are the organisation's key opportunities or threats? Recommend how the organisation might address these opportunities and threats. Use relevant module theory both in your assessment of opportunities and threats and recommending possible options.
