For this assignment, you will be acting as the new Chief Information Officer (CIO) for ONE of the organisations below. The board of directors have tasked you to produce a new "Digital Transformation Report'' proposal designed to evaluate and recommend changes that the organisation must implement by means to retain its competitiveness in a market vastly influenced by technology.

Task 1: Change Analysis Proposal

• Prepare a clear introduction of your chosen organisation and explain what it does (e.g. the size of the organisation, its core products and services, and the industry it operates).
• Identify and critically analyse key areas of the organisation that are impacted through digital disruption.
• Finally provide a strong justification with clear digital transformation objectives that should be achieved in the next 5 years.

Task 2: Data and Decision Process
• Evaluate and propose which techniques and technologies your chosen organisation can use to detect the changes that are appending in the market it operates.
• Determine which digital systems your chosen organisation can use to make fast decisions to quickly adapt to the changes in its market.
