develop a cpm method project schedule and determine ES, EF, LS,LF values.

Reduce the durations of activities by 50% and determine the critical chain (critical chain is the same as critical path except you make sure resources do not conflict. delay the tasks until resources donot conflict anymore)

add a Feeding buffer to non critical path if it is joining to critical path

add a project buffer in the end of the project.
