In today's integrated, global operations and supply chain environment, an organizational definition is not limited to the resources, technologies, and people contained within a company. The definition also includes the relationships the company establishes with its suppliers, distributors, salesforce, et cetera. In this discussion, you are provided an opportunity to evaluate strategy implementation in terms of the supply chain, value chain, organizational structure, and communication.
