You need to explain and justify your assessment and support it with the relevant management literature. This option will entail a research on the organisation.

- Argument: A coherent and logical argument, supported by fluency in expression; evidence of original critical analysis and reflection on resources used, with no sweeping statements, unsubstantiated claims, or factual inaccuracies
