A selection/interviewing guide for your hiring manager(s) to use when interviewing. This application is the logical next step after creating the job analysis, job description, and posting for any position. The selection guide should include:

An introduction that explains why the position is being created. Students are to be creative in creating their scenario (1-2 pages).
