Creating a new sales and inventory management system for pet supply store. System allows 1) sales orders to be entered by clerk, 2) total price calculated and 3) inventory updated. Sales may be in person or over the phone to be shipped. Not web app. The user interface must allow entry of the requested product items, quantity for each item, payment type, and credit/debit card type and number for credit/debit transactions. If the order quantity cannot be filled, a backorder must be completed and stored for future fulfillments. You will create a graphical interface for the order entry and output. You must be able to output a daily list of transactions for items sold. The GUI should output the cost for each item as well as a total charge for each order. Part Two implement classes to interface with GUI and implement methods to perform tasks listed in requirements.
