Create a product that demonstrates your knowledge of how to design an effective learning environment and create a workable behavior management plan. Rationale: The creation and maintenance of a positive learning environment allows a teacher to focus his/her attention on academic press and caring for students. Although maintaining an effective classroom is an ongoing process, much of this work happens before students enter the classroom.
