Your manager-the product director for Citi Bike-is slated to present an updated product roadmap to Citi Bike leadership in the next few weeks. It's an opportunity to get everyone excited about the road ahead, and perhaps even to add engineering capacity if executive leadership is sufficiently impressed by the roadmap. To help position your manager for success in this meeting, present digital feature recommendations for the app that you think will help your users.

1. Visualizations

Create at least eight new visualizations questions using Citi Bike's system data (trip duration, starttime, stoptime, start station id, start station name, start station longitude, end station id, end station name, end station latitude, bike id, usertype, birth year, gender)

Be creative with how you use metrics and dimensions to break down the data and dive into the characteristics and behaviors of users.

2. Story- Create a story that provides narrative for your insights.

Use annotations to connect your visualizations with the insights you want to highlight for your stakeholders, as well as your recommendations for app features that will better serve your customers.

Provide two recommendations for app features that are relevant to the scenario and coincide with the data visual.

3. Reflection Paper- Write a one-page analysis that augments your story and provides more detail on your recommendations and the reasoning behind them. Some questions you may want to address include:

a. Why do you think these recommendations will help Citi Bike customers?

b. How do your recommended features connect to the data you analyzed?

c. What insights led you to your recommendations?

d. What outcomes do y ou expect to achieve through these feature recommendations?

e. What KPIs would you use to measure the success of these recommendations?
