Question:

You need to prepare a project. It is about to build any kind of manufacturing company. And there is another manufacturing company which product is cheaper than ours.

Create income statement and balance sheet also and analysis why our product is expensive than another company and where we did wrong by applying all these methods

1) activity based costing

2) cost volume profit analysis

3) flexible budget

4) inventory costing and

5) capacity analysis.

It is also allowed use different numbers in each method. P.S required minimum 1500-2000 words all of these.
