Computer Science Question - Design a Remote Control

Consider the design of a remote control for a "TV." The remote will be used by a senior citizen (someone at least 70 years old).

In order to design a great UX, first conduct research. At a minimum, you will develop interview questions and a user persona. Include one additional research technique of your choice.

Interview Questions - Develop interview questions that would be asked of potential users. Consider the reading material concerning communication and interviewing to create a number of questions. (You don't need to ask anyone these questions yet; just develop them.)
