Assignment: An estate agent organisation has offices in towns across Ireland - the town name and county are used to identify each office. Every employee has a unique Auctioneers Society member number. Each town office has at least three staff, one of whom is the office manager. Properties are either for sale or to let. Every property for sale must have one allocated office member as the sales representative. A property to let may or may not have a member staff allocated as the letting representative. The maximum number of properties an employee may be sales representative for is five, although at times they may not be associated with any properties

a) Create an Entity-Relationship Diagram for this system. For each relationship in your diagram ensure you name it, and indicate cardinality and participation.

b) Choose 2 entities from your answer to part a) and convert them to a relational model. Ensure you add any required attributes for relationships, and one or two plausible attributes likely to be stored about each entity.
