Congratulations! You have been hired as the new GM of a restaurant. Since the time you interviewed and were hired, sales have continued to fall and employee turnover has now doubled and is getting worse. While food safety and overall sanitation in the restaurant have started to be addressed, they have not yet been rectified.

You decide on your plan of attack and call a meeting with the management team, which includes the kitchen manager, a service manager, a bar manager, and you.

You decide to create an action plan for the meeting. Keeping in mind the management role and style you were hired for, you will prepare a statement of action explaining your top 3 priorities for the restaurant and what steps must be taken to accomplish them.
