You are tasked with building a simple API to display a list of Vehicle Registrations for a given user.

Requirements
• Create a simple REST microservice that will return data in the format of the sample JSON contract.
• You may create a local database (SQL and embedded is preferred).

A simple GET request is all that is needed.

Other notes
• You may use the either Kotlin, Java or Golang
• You may NodeJS or PHP, please try and keep the task built in an OOP manner
You are allowed to use third party libraries if you wish
• Please provide any supporting documentation to run the application

Please ensure your application runs on at least Google Chrome
• Please use git for source control
• Please add unit tests where you believe coverage is needed
• We are looking for clean and well-structured code
• You can spend as long as you like on this task, but we recommend ~3 hours

Hi, Please do this very perfectly with no error dont copy pasted the entire project like before as samples it has to be name as nsw car registration name please read the requirement and the sample json it has to be done according to the sample data.
