The public safety office at a large public university maintains a list of parking tickets issued to vehicles parked illegally on the campus. Table 1 (see below) shows a portion of this list. Assume sample data presented in the table are representative.

Convert this table to a relation in the first normal form. Draw a dependency diagram showing all functional dependencies. You can use your preferred drawing tool.

Create a set of dependency diagrams that meet 2NF and 3NF requirements. Rename attributes to meet the naming conventions, and create new entities and attributes as necessary.
