Please read the below instructions and a Case Plan with Apple and her family. Please use the attached case plan (the blue hyper link below) in this assignment and include your responses to the boxes provided.

Part 1: Safety & Risk Assessment: Explore the different dimensions of parent, child, family & environmental areas. Remember we work from a strengths based perspective but the purpose of the assessment is to identify what is needed to create a safe and protective environment for the children. Develop & prioritize both a list of risk factors, from the safety and risk assessments and a list of strengths for each area of assessment (mother, daughter, son, family, and environment). Identify at least one risk factor and one strength factor for each area (mother, daughter, son, family, and environment).

Part 2: Goals & Objectives- You have done an initial assessment of a mother and her family. Now you are to identify goals and objectives with this mother. Obviously you don't have this Mother to work with, but assuming you did, what do you think she would identify as her goals and what outcomes/objectives would the two of you work on together to help her keep her children safe and healthy. There are many possible goals and objectives for this family but we need to focus on those that would impact the safety of the children in the movie.

Part 3: The next step is to develop the action plan with the client. What are the things that are going to need to happen (activity) for the children to be safe and who has responsibility for accomplishing those tasks. Follow the format below and lay out a proposed action plan that focuses on activities needed to achievement of the goals and objectives you select. Please include real services in your community or state.
