To separate the person from the business and maintain a healthy environment in the company, the following steps can be taken (Indeed, 2021):

• Communicate clear expectations: The business owner should clearly communicate their expectations to the employees and provide them with the necessary tools, resources, and training to perform their job duties effectively.

• Recognize and appreciate employees' contributions: The business owner should acknowledge and appreciate each employee's contributions, whether small or large and provide positive feedback to encourage further growth and development.

• Foster a collaborative culture: The business owner should encourage employee collaboration and teamwork rather than foster a competitive environment. This can be done by promoting open communication, sharing information, and valuing the diversity of thought.

• Provide growth opportunities: The business owner should provide opportunities for employees to grow and develop their skills, whether through training, education, or on-the-job experience. This can help employees feel valued and invested in the company's success.

• Maintain transparency: The business owner should maintain transparency with employees by sharing information about the company's goals, financial performance, and decision-making processes.
