Use the DirectDemocracyP2P.net system to create a picture for yourself, storing your P2P address with your name, email address, and a meaningful slogan.

For this purpose you will have to follow the instructions on that website to download a pre-compiled binary release (or recompile the program for its sources).

Then follow the instructions available there for generating the requested image (for now generate a .bmp file).

Upload the file of the image that embeds the requested data. The file should be called ddp2p_<name>.bmp where <name> is replaced by your login name.
