Assignment:

The main points I would raise is a more in-depth induction for new staff members ensuring they have knowledge of all matters pertaining to both admin duties and regular duties. I noticed some discrepancies in what staff did of a shift, which can ultimately cause problems in the team. I suggest more up to days, that I would be more then happy to assist with and regular performance appraisals to address any additional training or concerns new s5taff members may have.

In addition I thing to ensure better team moral we should be open to more positive feedback. I belive that management should not ask you to do certain tasks without the appropriate training as this can clearly cause conflict if the job is not done to the standard of how the trained staff are doiung it. Overall more communication from management and withing the team to create a more positive culture and work environment.
