Using matlab

The only input data given is that the period is 100 times smaller than the RC, and zero radians.

1. Use phasor notation to derive the output of a voltage-divider circuit consisting of a source resistance (Rs) and a load capacitance (C) much as we did today in lecture.

2. Create a loop in matlab that will plot this output as a function of frequency. You must select the most appropriate frequency range based upon the magnitude of the two passive components which determines the system time constant.

3. REPEAT steps #1 and #2 but for a "CR" voltage divider circuit, i.e. the output voltage across the load resistor.

EXTRA CREDIT (worth an additional quiz grade, i.e. x2 total points available):

REPEAT steps #1 - #3 but for a resistor-inductor voltage divider circuit, i.e. "RL" and "LR". Again, be sure to select the frequency range in your matlab loop that is most appropriate given the system time constant.
